Villains project

Right, decided my blog looks way too girly for my liking so have decided to finally start the villains project i set myself a while ago. I'm doing a portrait of my favourite villains from films accompanied by one of their best quotes. The first one is Bill from Kill bill, eventually i will put them all together for one nerdy fan-boy poster, win!

London Fashion Week part 4

This latest piece of work for Amelia's magazine is my favourite so far. I loved the clothes so it was fun to engage with, I think i captured the catwalk strides and just generally am very proud of it :)

New designer's name card

As me and my class mates are doing new designer's awards is islington this year, we decided instead of a photograph of ourselves we would each do a self portrait to place next to our work. This is the one I did, they all have to have a circle behind them but they can overlap. I used copic ciao markers, and fine liner then ran it through photoshop and used the birds that I previously used in my "tree times tales" piece.

Tree Times Tales

This Illustration is for the competition 'Tree Times Tales' for the Cheltenham Illustration Awards (see link for details http://www.cheltenham-illustration-awards.com/) It is based upon an old Nordic Fairy Tale 'Tritill Litill and the birds.' This is one of the first projects I've done solely using my wacom tablet, never again I say! I swear it would of taken half the time if I had drawn half of it out, that being said I'm really proud of it and shall be posting my entry to the competition soon. (resolution is less than perfect as it is a save for web format!)
